H Jackson's Criterion Coffee Palace circa 1910-1920
Circa 1966 - Criterion circa 1965. When Belinda Morgan bought the house it had an unusual balcony with conical columns and then a cyclone fence balustrade. As it was in dangerous condition it was knocked down and the upstairs door was jammed shut until the new balcony was built in the mid 70s. Still Eddie fell out of one of the windows (minor injuries)
